so i got the car to start but it wont idle unless i keep it in a rev? just dies sometimes idkle for awile on its on and it smudders like no power wen i rev up

Hello....I have polo classic 1.6i 1999 Model. My first and last (1 and 4th) injectors are not firing but the second and third one are firing.
The iddling is not good and when I accelerate it losses power.
What's the cause of this
