276 bullet cam - 276 bullet cam what needs to be modified

If I put a 276 bullet cum in what ells do I have to do so that the cam fits with the motor or can I just put it in with out modify any thing ?

Billet Cam not Bullet cum.

Well you dont have to change parts just get it on a dyno to sort out the timing and fuelling.
