Polo 1.4L 2012 Model

Hi Folks

My first and probably not my last post on this forum.
I own a 1,4L Vivo 2012 model and recently gave her a service replacing the oil, oil filter, fuel filter, plugs and air filter plus i added some injector cleaner to clean the injectors.
The exhaust manifold was cracked, common problem apparently, so I went to an exhaust shop and they fitted a new branch which happens to be Cat less.

After driving a few kilo's I still noticed that there was a sluggish response and it felt as if something was holding it back from stand to pull off.
There are no CEL or EPC codes showing and so I was wondering if I should consider cleaning the MAF and MAP sensors plus the throttle body if they are warranting a clean.

Any other avenues to explore from any forum members who may be able to shed some light on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
