Happy new year

Please can someone with any knowledge on the subject advise me my options for the following.
My car is on 150 000km, I am out of warranty and service plan. Where would the best, trustable place to take my car for a service in CPT near Woodstock or Northern suburbs where I can get good value for money. (Not Barons if I can help it, I find them rather pricy)
Also, does anyone know when the right time is for a cam belt change? not sure if I need to or not.
