Mechanical diesel pump

Hi. Is there any info in SA on how to build m-tdi diesel injector pump? I have 1.9 tdi engine with the 1.6td mechanical pump and my research (overseas) indicates that it wont provide enough fuel? I am putting this into T3 Syncro. I have been trying to do searches on this forum but the search engine does not accept my keywords?

Ok start from the beginning.
Which 1.9 are you working with and give more details of the "1.6" mechanical pump you are intending to use.
