Hey guys

Is there anyone that can replace valve stem seals without removing the head on a 1.9 TDI? Turns out this reputable company "might" have not replaced the seals. Car smokes like a train if you leave it idling for too long.

And can they come to my house and do it, everything will be disassembled, they just need to replace the seals.

Recommendations?
