Dog clawmarks.

Guys i have a problem. Yesterday the stupid dog decided to jump up into my car while chasing something. Not sure what but its really messed the paint on my right front fender. Any advice on how to "remove" the scratches without compromising the clear coat.

i have only rinsed the area with water. I have not yet applied any soaps and or polishes yet.

Try least abrasive method first. You can grab a rubbing compound you could apply by hand (Builders/Game/Crazy Detailer)

Try Meguiars Ultimate Compound, its freely available at builders/game/makro, etc. It's not aggressive so wont take too much of the clear. Some rubbing compound I find too abrasive for such scratches.
