• Ffz gearbox concern

Hi
I have my 1.4 carb vw mk1 converted to a 2l 8v but now the clutch is slipping. Any advice please? Someone referred me to this site.

Did you fit the bigger flywheel and clutch kit?

I don't think the guy who did the job fitted the bigger parts. What is the size of the parts as I have no idea of the size or who can sort me out?

You need to get the 210mm clutch and 9 bolt flywheel. There’s a thread on an AGG conversion here on the forum, will give you all the info you need.
