Need a hell of a lot more info than that before someone can give advise.

A good jerk before work 
Nothing wrong with that
But to help you with the car.
Could be dirty injectors, faulty injectors, clogged fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump, weak battery with faulty alternator. Loose wiring or damaged wiring to coils even faulty mosfet in the ecu. Airflow meter etc.
Best way to eliminate allot of things is to get it on a diagnostic machine and scan it.
