CITI ROX 2008 PROBLEMS

Hello everyone, hope all is well. Im new to this forum.
I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me.
I own a 2008 VW citi rox 1.4i and recently ive been having some problems with the car. It doesn't want to start. Sometimes the motor just swings , then starts after a few tries sometimes the ignition lights come on but when I turn the key to start the lights come on but the motor does not even turn. Battery is new,I know a bit about
cars, the basics if I have to say. So I use a wire directly to the starter and battery then it starts . also put a new ignition switch ,But it all happened last week when the car just wouldn't wanna start until I tried the wire to the battery and starter again. The car turns like normal so I checked the earth ,battery, fuel pump relay (replaced a new one from goldwagen),fuel pump fuse and the battery their all fine
Could it be not enough power to the starter or faulty wiring, or di I do diagnostics or bad earthing, or alarm immobiliser faulty
Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

ALSO THIS IS INTERMITTENT, DO I DO DIAGNOSTICS, OR HOW DO I TRACE BAD EARTH WIRING, CAN THE 2 BIG FUSES BE FAULTY, I CLEANED THEM OUT
IS THERE MAYBE A POWER DRAIN? BECAUSE WHEN THE FAN COMES ON ITS LIKE THE MOTOR NIPS, KIND OF LIKE WANTING TO CUT OUT
Any help will be appreciated, thank you.
