Help needed with an electric fault

Hey guys, anyone with vcds able to assist in the centurion?

I changed the battery in my Audi and the cluster is acting up

-Fuel gauge stopped working
-Odometer has now changed to miles instead of kms
-if I open the driver's fron door the mfd shows the passenger front door is open

My main concern is the fuel gauge
I checked all fuses, swopped out the pump, sender and the module from a driving car and it still does the same

Someone in the east rand did a test on the gauges and the fuel gauge moves

The car has been to an electrician and they want to replace the ecu

The code is 00438
