Check out the Dicktator manual. It gives you the basic setting explanation and then you work it out from there. PIN2- IDLE Control Negative (Pin 18 on Dictator)
PIN3- Not Used
PIN4- +5v (Pin 14 on Dicktator)
PIN5- TPS Signal (Pin 3 on Dicktator)
PIN6- Not Used
PIN7- Ground (Pin 9 or 10 on Dicktator)
PIN8- Not Used
