Interior plastics, vinyl, leather cleaner and protection?

Hi,
I would like to ask advise from the detailers here on products I could look into for interior plastics, vinyl and leather to clean and then protect? For a protectant, I would prefer a product that does not leave a shiny or oily residue behind, but more a matt look (almost not visible as if nothing is on the plastics and vinyl). I usually use Crazy Detailers to order items but if there any other reputable well-priced places please do let me know?
I am not looking to get the best products on the market, just best bang for buck some middle ground. Many thanks in advance
