Any hints on restoring a white vinyl hard top?
Are there any local products that can help,
Thus far Ive used a soft brush and upholstery cleaner to scrub off the layers of dirt,
next steps possibly leather cream????

I wouldn't use a leather cream on exterior surfaces as it has zero UV protection and will just wash off eventually. Take a look at this site on tips on restoring and protecting hard vinyl tops.
