Sorry if this topic has been dealt with, feel free to link it to me But as always having the stock halogen headlights with H7 bulbs is nothing compared to the bi-xenon's. I bought my 2016 Golf 7 TDI 2nd hand so couldn't add the light package..

Any chance someone knows a company that sells and installs the headlights using OEM parts including installation of the ballast and leveler..basically the entire package to get the lights switched to xenon's?

Welcome. Try a company called Vagtech in Randburg.
Alternatively check eBay for parts and a harness and DIY.
Did this mod on my 2010 A3.

Or alternatively you can try vps also.

The vps branch in CAW (George) did that conversion on my policy and it came out mint.
