Creating topics - For Sale secion

Hi,

It seems I no longer have the ability to create a new topic within both for sale sections (motoring & non-motoring related boards) however I am still able to create a new topic in the wanted section.

Perhaps it's a permission issue with the Lieutenant rank on the site?

We're busy with sorting out permissions and it seems it affected more than one usergroup. :mad:
