The slot under can be pulled out , you should be able to push the rear of the radio out , disconnect the harness , you will need insulation tape and wire cutters/strippers , your book will tell you what colours to connect to the existing wires from the harness on the new DD, plug in DD and test , just ensure no wires are kinked when pushing in new radio , luckily you should not need a facia adaptor , I know Pioneer fits flush with the surrounds .

Depending on the face plate size you might need a facia.
7'' is perfect
5.1'' requires a facia
If you don't want to cut your harness, call tremor audio and get a plug and play harness.

This will fit without a fascia plate.

Don't go there yourself, rather send someone to fetch it for you because if you go in there you will spend way more money than you should spend.
