I would think that depends on the type of sticker used. Personally I have a whole lot of individual stickers on the back window of the polo that have been there for some time and haven't shown any signs of fading...

Where did you purchase the 'sticker bomb' from?

Vinyl has a life span on it so depending on the quality you use will depend on how long it will last you. also if the car is outside in the baking sun all day its gonna fade faster. spraying clear over it i doubt will help from sun fading. maybe from washing or rubbing off.

I have some butterflies and stripes on my wife's car which have not faded in 2 years. The car is always parked outdoors. The stickers were cut out of a pink vinyle and not printed onto a white vinyl. As with lawrences stickers, if a sticker is cut from a coloured vinyl, it is likely to fade a lot less than the same printed on a white vinyl, which I am sure is the case with stickerbombs, or any multi colour sticker. It is the print that fades.
