Hi all,

As the topic states, this thread is here for you to post up any issues you may have with us. This will enable us to make improvements wherever we are slacking. We strive for the best service we can but do tend to slip in some instances.

All emails sent to us should receive a response within 48hours of receiving your email. We ask that you be patient during this time. We do our best to respond on the day we receive your queries and will do our level best to ensure you are attended to as fast as possible.

Our trading hours Mon- Fri 9am to 4:30pm and Saturdays 8am to 1pm.

since no one is ranting or raving on this post... here's my rant - VAG TECHNIK IS FAR! and now my rave - Soooo much worth the drive...if only Mooloo would take his laptop on the Gautrain and meet us in Rhodesfield :-P

Thanks bud for going the extra mile to sort out my package from Revotechnik even though it was not your responsibility.
I think the stickers you sent to me is even better than the ones I ordered.

Asked Ferroli for some Revo stuff today so all's good again. :hug: I think its waiting to be sent.

I have a query for one of the VAG Technik guys, I dont know if you guys are related to the guys in durban, But reading you first post saying that all emails will be responded to within 48hrs of receiving them, But i have sent a mail to the durban guys 0n the 20th and still awaiting some sort of reply.

Sorry if this is petty but i would like a response of sorts!

The Durban dealer trades independently as Vag Sport and is not directly affiliated to Vag technik besides for the connection via the revo software brand

@ 6teen_valve, VAG sport is an independently owned and run business. I would suggest contacting Aadil on the number provided and lodge a complaint. I will inturn ask Aadil what the delay is.

@ Ryan, no Dood is not in the employ of VAG Technik. Nersh asked me the same question and I communicated this to him as well (feels like Dejavu). If you have any further questions pertaining to us and our business, you can mail me, Jojo or Sugen and we'll answer whatever questions you may have.

@ mika, we had a batch of stickers made a few weeks ago. We have no issues giving out stickers and I can only assume that there was none at the time of you doing your software. Ask and you will receive :)

All emails sent to US as in VAG Technik. We sadly do not control how and when dealers respond to emails but we can query this with them which I have done.
