Cleaning silver insert on velo steering?

Can someone help with how to clean the silver bits on my steering,its kinda dirty which is my fault for not washing my hands before driving.lol
Which products can I use and what techniq?

Apc or any of the brands interior cleaners

So I been driving around with a dirty steering,even after a wash I felt dirty coz my steering was off colour...
So took the car for a wash and asked the guy there bout cleaning it and he started with a damp cloth then used maguirs interior cleaner mix with sum soapy liquid and after bout 10mins the grime was gone..in fact it looked like it did when I 1st bawt the car.
I'm so happy now and I'm not embarrased bout my steering wheel.
