Has anyone figured out which company makes the VW Branded Oil as mentioned about ,because at that price is would really be a bargain if it’s a genuine manufacturer

So today I went oil shopping and I noticed that The VW branded oil is priced very close to Total quartz (R360) The bottles also have a similar design.
So I think the VW branded Oil Might be Total Quartz

Anyone willing to check out the 5l at their local shop and confirm ?
