Make sure new bolts are used for the cylinder head, injectors, cam cap, and rocker arm. And the threads must be clean, They usually fill up with oil.

Re: 1.9tdi asz polo 5
Hi there,
I've replaced my cylinder head and did everything by the book. My car never had injector problems but on start up it just started with a misfire, I read the all error codes and all I get is cylinder 1 and 4 not performing. This is my first time going so deep into my tdi. Than the doesn't have any power and in the acceleration it starts ruking.

Did U use the correct seals on the injectors and adjust the lash correctly?

It was P0263 for cylinder1, P0101 for map sensor and P0272 for cylinder 4. I didn't change the seals as it was looking good and what lash should I adjust?

Re: 1.9tdi asz polo 5
Seems like U did nothing "by the book" buddy.
The injectors have a lash adjustment, which is a rocker arm with an adjustment for setting the compression amount on the injector. Many threads here explaining how to adjust.
Furthermore, there is no such thing as PD injector seals looking good. These seals cannot be reused AT ALL.
Those codes U have are telling U that the injectors are not balanced, again which is most likely caused by leaking seals or incorrect lash, unless U damaged the injector while removing/fitting.
Did U use silicone/rtv on the seals?
U saved R1000 on the seals the first time, now U in for like R2k worth of bolts again + seals. Well done.

Hopefully U didn't use silicone on the seals, lol.
That usually doesn't end very well..

Re: 1.9tdi asz polo 5
I didn't install my cylinder head myself I was working on a truck I paid someone to fit it for me, well I made a huge mistake when I cleaned all the other parts I mistakenly let them get wet with engine. Where can I get injectors for a decent price? Diesel Electric here in Namibia is ridiculous with their price N$21875 for 1 injector.

My colleague who did the job just installed everything the way we dismantled it.
