Turn signal fuse problem, Citi 1.4i

The fuse for my hazards/indicators burned (as in melted) not too long ago, causing my turn signals, front and rear wipers and my vents to stop fuctioning (indicators on the interior still worked). I replaced it, and upon using my wipers and vents at the same time, the fuse blew again

The fuses for my vents and wipers seem to still be intact

While testing, prior to the second fuse blowing, i realised that when i use my indicators and wipers at the same time, they both shut off, but the fuse remained intact at this point.. please assist
