I have recently acquired a 2020 VW Tiguan 2.0 TDI and since I got it the memory seats do not work. If I press the buttons nothing happensā¦the buttons also do not illuminate. Any tips to get them working again apart from booking the car in. Thanks in advance.

Is it just the memory function that does not work, or do the seats not move?
Assuming they work the same as my passat, I don't think they light up - set seat as wanted, press set and number, should hear a chime. Then after seat moved, hold number down until seat set to correct position and it stops moving.
