VW Caddy Mk5 - Infotainment system

Hi! All, I recently purchased a Caddy Maxi Kombi 2023 model, and when trying to get my S23 to connect to the infotainment system it will
not bring up the phone on the screen, and this if for both my wife and I's S23's. Any other phone will connect no problem , just the the Samsung S23will not connect via the data cable. Have bought the data cable as recommend but still not working .

Has anybody experienced this issue and is there a resolution to it . I have tried the dealership but they haven't be able to resolve this issue?

There were complains about the issue of not being able to enable usb debugging on S23s after software update. Just confirm if yours is working normal and all relevant permissions are allowed on the phone. They suggest that you need to disable "Auto Blocker"
