HiHi CitiSport 1.4i - Cutting of when you come stationery.

Hi
Have a CitiSport 1.4i - Car cuts off when you come to a traffic light or stop street. Car starts on first swing tho.
Changed Coil
Changed Temp switch.
Changed 2 big fuses by the battery.
Changed Map sensor (brand new one from Goldwagon)
Took out the TB and cleaned and Serviced it.
Changed Petrol filter ( when did a full service)
Cutting of is bugging me big time with no resolution.
