VW up engine conversion

Hi Guys.

I hope yourl well?

Just wanted to find out if anyone does engine conversions for a VW UP!

I have a 2018 model. Motor is 1.0L

Wanting to change to something bigger.

Any ideas or know if anyone has done this or can do this. Thanks

Yikes this looks insane. Would love something like this. Anyone in Durban doing this?

There are some with 1.8t 20v engines also, just need a good mechanic to do this for you.

Just remember that the cars value with decrease drastically if you go ahead and do any engine swap. If this is not an issue then go ahead and make a build thread as it will be very interesting to see the outcome

Eish thanks for the heads up bro. I plan on keeping her.... Hoping someone can do the swop... I'm thinking of converting to DSG if possible. I doubt the current gearbox can handle any further strain coz it's crying with the 17z lol

Contact Thanas, they have guys all over SA doing software. They swapped a dsg into a polo 9n3 gti. I am sure they can make a plan to swap a 20v and a dsg into your UP
