Coolant Thermostat Assembly

Have a water leak on a Golf 7 TSI.
Coolant Assembly is leaking water. Is there anyone that had the same problem. And also im not a machanic can i change this myself or should the dealer change it rather

Yes common as chips. You'll see the same thing if you search the forum for common mk7 problems.
Without knowing what you are capable off it's impossible to say if you can DIY it. for a start the intake manifold has to come off.
So look if you can manage that first by taking a good look in the engine bay. If you think you can't do that then don't even consider it further.

I had a similar issue on my S1, luckily i have plan. They had to replace the thermostat and a few other bits around there.
Scary that the bill was like R10k.. Hopefully your is not as serious.
