VKC - 24th February
It’s the month of love, and what better way to show how much you love your car than by forming an intimate connection with the way it behaves when you really go all out?
This month we are welcomed by Vereeniging Karting Circuit on the 24th.
How it works:
Pre-registration is limited to 60 cars. Pay your pre-reg, sign the indemnity form, and bring your car to the track for a day of epic fun. Please note that we are not racing karts around the track, you’ll be racing your own car against the clock. Three or four cars will be on the track at once, with intervals in when they set off so as to avoid traffic. In and out laps will let you get the most out of your hot laps and allow you to get to know the tight, technical course before you punch it. What’s the point of building a KO4 20VT or buying an IS20 GTI if you never get to really test it? Bring your car out and let’s have an awesome day with the Club.
Cost (including timing):
Club members: R350 per driver, per car
Non-members: R450 per driver, per car
Spectators are free
If you would like to take more than one car around, you will be required to pay another registration. The same applies if you would like to drive another participant’s car – another registration is required.
Time: 24th February from 09:00 – 16:00. We will have a drivers’ briefing and then begin.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted into the VKC premises, so please bring a little extra to take advantage of the restaurant on site.
We are expecting a lot of Michelin Cup competitors to join us and use the event as practice, so don’t delay and register ASAP.
Registration and Indemnity Form
See you (and your car) on the 24th!

Re: VKC - 24th February
Normally you wil go for about 4 sessions, but it depends on how fast they can rotate drivers. In Michelin cup we do 2 sessions clockwise, 2 sessions anticlockwise. Not saying that is what vwcsa wil be doing. It's a very safe track much fun.NHB_R wrote:Do you only go around the track once? And then klaar?
