New VW club SA Membership

Hi Guys

Anyone know who i can speak to regarding the VW Club SA membership i applied for
I applied today and paid today but put my address for the pack to be posted and paid for the postage
and i just saw now that you guys will be at the Eastrand motor show that i will be attending this weekend
can i collect the Membership pack at the show? i will not worry about the postage amount maybe just throw in a extra sticker or something is it possible?
