What is happening with or for the charity event next weekend?

We are maybe thinking of moving it and have it with the YEF at Harties cos there is more to do for the kids.

If it is next weekend it will be at Gilloolys.

Do some of you guys want to sponsor some more stuff?

What entertainment can we provide at Gilloolys next weekend?

That is the main reason we want to move the event.

The charity event has been incorporated with the YEF Camp out, there is a lot more to do for the children at the resort.
We will have a letter published later today that you guys can give to your employers to ask for donations etc if you are interested.

At this stage we are looking for donations in the form of:
Entry fee to the resort for the children at R50 per child
Sweets
Lunch
Drinks
Jumping Castle/slide
Face paint
Clown

And anything else
