Audi B7 2.0TDi 125kw

A colleague of mine has one of these Audis.
2.0Tdi the 125kw edition and now the mech says all 4 injectors are messed up. He was quoted R9000 for each injector.
Apparently they are Siemens injectors and not Bosch like the other Audis.

Firstly is there a place in SA where he can get these injectors cheaper?
Secondly is it possible to retro fit with Bosch injectors?

There is a recall on these injectors in SEATs in the UK.
Maybe call your audi dealer first...

I have the same car; I don't think that all 4 injectors will pack up at the same time, but anything is possible with these cars.

I had to replace 1 of mine a couple of months ago and the bill at Audi came to R16K including the injector harness and labour.
Got mine replaced at 1/2 the price through Werner (Van on the Audi club forum - 0832820487)

Ja these cars run piezo electronic injectors they are known to give kak and they are very expensive

As panic said phone around cos there has to be alternatives to the stealers
