Same goes for most other things. To me a downpipe is a downpipe is a downpipe, I cannot rate it if I only try 1 out.
Most guys wont wont buy all the brands of software out there to see which one fits them the best. So the ratings are either going to be 10/10 I got great service and it works great or 0/10 the service sucks and the product does not work. Plus the only time you are going to find out that the service sucks is when the product does not work like you want it to.
