Need to know how to wire the injectors (batched) (XMS4B-4A) on a ABF 16v (1+4) (2+3) as in the PP manual or do I wire it according to the firing order (1 3 4 2) with (1+3) (2+4) together.
Did a lot of setting changes (AMP / TPS / RPM / IGN ref / ENGT calibrationsions) in the software as supplied as start up maps.
I'm seeing RPM / TPS / in software moving when trying to start and opening the throttle.
Have a lot of back firing at the moment,Injectors are spraying (1+4) (2+3) there's spark at the plugs using a Huco wasted spark coil as in the pics with the internal ignitors removed.

Re: XMS4 Injector Wiring
You can connect the injectors any way you want and it won' cause backfire. Just swop your ignition channels around. You firing the wrong pair at the wrong time.

Re: XMS4 Injector Wiring
Were are you mounting the coil?
If you are mounting it on the motor at all, The solder might come loose inside your modified applifier. Mine kept on running on 2 cylinders when got hot and eventually found the solder was melting and breaking contact.
just some fyi.
