Has anyone did a turbo conversion on a Polo Vivo 1.4

Dude tell your buddy not to bother with a turbo, tell him to put 19's on his car, spray paint it shocking pink and add a big bottle of NOS and he'll be sorted Fast and the Furious style!

well the 1.4TSI motor is the same as the vivo 1.4 motor, they look the same and the bore and stroke are the same, so it must be just internals that are different.

Take a look at the specs on the VW page, same motor even look the same. The Vivo and the new polo also share the same motor. The block itself and internals are strengthened to handle boost. The block also has oil squirts. The head is also different vastly.
Twincharged motors also use a timing chain as opposed to a cambelt in a vivo
Runs a forged crank
150bar high pressure fuel system
Sodium filled exh valves due to high egts
runs a type of vvt on the inlet cam to continually adjust cam timing.
The list of differences is very long.
