Don't forget that when replacing a PD injector, you are in effect replacing a pump as each PD injector is a pump itself  You may need to upgrade the main fuel pump from the tank or the pump in the bay as well though...

I would rather have too much air than fuel to be honest, as it is easier to cut back on boost to meet the fueling requirements, than to ru na turbo ragged the whole day, as they seem to blow more often than injectors do...

Hi guys
I just would like to know if the cupra 1.9 tdi injectors will fit on a 2006 polo 9n 1.9 tdi?
I do understand that the standard polo injectors are pd130 and the cupra is pd160?
I have followed all the posts here and I do get what you guys are saying about the flow rate through the injectors, would you be able to control these things from the software?

It will fit. And fueling can be controlled by the original ecu - speak to a tuner regarding that

PD130 and PD160 use the same injectors dont they?
It is an ingenius solution to a problem that should have never existed in the 1st place...
