My fathers Audi a4 2.4 is getting oil into the water. The engine oil is fine though.
The following were done already
-Oil cooler replaced
-Heads were done
-Radiator pressure tested for gearbox oil cooler leaking.
-Oil cooler replaced again.
It still seems that there is a problem as the water is still getting milky.
Any help please???

the cooler is probably at fault boet..
if you saying the heads were done then the gaskets and stuff would obviously be good condition...unless it blew somewhere recently..
i had a similar problem on our 1994 E320 AMG,..turned out the oil cooler had a fault where the oil was leaking into the water channels

when the water system gets oily it will be oil cooler fault...
when engine oil gets milky then prob head gasket.

Re: Water mix in oil pan
Not sure if anyone came across this issue, Golf 7 Gti mixing oil with water, started by misfiring cylinder 2 and 4. Only to find that water is going to the oil pan.
Please advise?

Re: Oil mixing with water
Sounds like the head gasket has failed
