As far as I know the CTi has a 2 speed electric cooling fan.

I want to know at what temperature does the first speed (slow) come on and what temperature does the second speed (fast) come on?

Can anybody help with this?

The temp are normally stamped on the metal part of switch. If not then the only correct way is to get hold of a thermometer that can read to at least 100deg C. Then grab a ohmmeter and connct it across the switch poles. Chuck the thermometer and the switch in a pot of water - on the stove and swith the plate on. Keep an eye on the thermomter and the ohmmeter. Soon as the switch get to the switch on temp you will show a circuit on the meter - read the temp of the thremometer - then connect the ohmmeter to the 2nd switch circuit and do the same.
