What can I use to keep my windshield from fogging up?

Sure it's not your heater radiator perhaps leaking ??

U get some of those anti-mist liquids at the motor spares , try that !

As far as i can remember according to a panelbeater its your front lining rubber under your bonnet that is causing this. This rubber is located on/between where your firewall and the inside of your car meets. Maybe your is sealing properly anymore
