2008 VW TENACITI - torque settings?

Hello fellow VW”ers - it great to be part of the VW FaMily.
Kindly assist with the following torque settings

VW Golf Tenaciti 2008 - 1.4i (fuel injection )
1. Cylinder head bolts - torque
2. Cam shaft Bearing caps bolts- torque - 5 caps + torque sequence
3. Cam sprocket (cambelt wheel) bolt - torque
4 Tapp cover nuts - torque
5. Sump nuts - torque
6. Exhaust manifold bolts - torque - (on cylinder head)
7. Inlet manifold bolts - torque - (fuel injection body) :twisted:
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and kind regards- Don

To add to the above: this is the first time I've seen 60 Nm + 180° for cylinder head bolts.

I have always seen smaller increments in technical docs, and I would suggest using those, namely: 40 Nm, 60 Nm, + 90°, + 90°. The result on each bolt is the same, of course, but the smaller increments result in a more even clamping of the head onto the block.

The HM engine (1600 with Keihin carb), for example, is specced at 40, 60, +90°, +90°.

Thanks Mark - however, i did use the staged 40 - 60 - 90 - 90 - tightening method.
