Vw digifant fuel system

Good day. I need some help from the knowledgeable please. I recently bought a jetta3 cli executive amd it has the digifant system on. It was driving prior to fixing some faults but now it does not want to start up. From what i gathered this far is that the injectors are not pulsing but the is fuel amd spark. All that i basically fixed was the rear main seal which was leakimg and the clutch which got wet. Car has been standing about 2 months since i did the repairs. Now i want to start but it just dont want to pulse injectors. When i tap on earth then it pulses. Could this perhaos have blown a driver oncthe ecu?
