Crossflow Head Setup help

I started doing my crossflow head conversion this weekend.
The problem i'm having now is that the alternator is hitting the ITB's intake manifold.

How did the guys who have done this conversion overcome this?

If you are using the v belt alternator, you can get a billet bracket from Rowland manifolds that drops the alternator lower down -provided that there is no power steering pump.

If you are using the 6pk ribbed belt, you can search for a 70A or 90A Polo alternator that is smaller in body size.

So,i bought the Dave Ingle kit,but there's no diagrams as to how the bracket kit should go.
Is there anyone who has the diagrams/pics of how the kit should be installed. Looking @ it & trying to fit it,nothing seems to line up for the V-belt alternator.
