Velociti Rear Brake Bias

I have been hearing stories that the Velo came with inline bias valves for the rear brakes because the car was lowered. Something similar to the ones the guys overseas use with the 16V Scirocco.
What does the velociti ones look like? Does anyone have a pic, or part number for it?

Dunno about the Velo, did the Caddy not have one, though?
