Hi there
I hope someone can shed some light on this for me.
This started this morning. When I change gears, it is almost feels like I am taking my foot off the clutch too early.. and unless I keep my foot on the accelerator a bit while changing gears. Then after I have changed and accelerate, it feels like a grinding noise. This is only when I change gears. Is it possibly my clutch? Please... any advise would be appreciated.

It's impossible without hearing it for oneself. Noises are virtually impossible to accurately guess from somebody else's description. But yes, it could be clutch plate, it could be pressure plate, it could be thrust bearing.
If the only time you hear the noise is during the use of clutch it is most likely clutch related and the only way will be to take the gearbox off and look.
