Brake lights comes On everytime i start my Car Polo Cross 2011, & that strains my Battery soo bad,.. And i have changed my Brake light Switch, checked all Fuses are good...

Do you know how the switch works?
What switch did you fit (Black/Green)?
Is it the correct one?
Was it fitted correctly?
Did you not force it and subsequently break it?

So many questions ... You'd be surprised how many DIY-"mechanics" screw up this simple fix.

Thanks, i have found out that it was not Switch but a loose connection under Dash. Now Airbag light stays On and i experience Battery problem because it get strained very quick

Am about to throw in towel on this car..

Start with your ignition switch. I suspect you'll find the fault there.

Whats was the problem with the brakes? I have the same problem. I got a new switch but the brake lights stay on. I send both switches for testing. The switches are fine.

you have one shot at fitting a new switch. if you get it wrong it 'resets' to the wrong posiiton.
