Hi
Where is the crank timing Mark on these engines.
the fly wheel has those two tabs, and a notched V.
There are no other markings.
This getting me confused, as I think I have aligned on the wrong mark.

look on the other side. There is s mark on the cover and a cut on the crank pulley.The V notch on the flywheel side should be the right one if there is no 0 marking

Thanx. That was it. I did eventually see a tiny indentation, that was only visible with very strong light. Car is running like dream.
