MK2 GTi Rebuild

Post by Hannes83 »

Morning Guys.

Not sure if it is in the right forum

Need some advise.
what is the correct gap measurement between front fender & Door?
I have to start fitting fenders back and tightening but the gap looks too big.
Anyone willing to measure and confirm Gap please?

I will be posting more Questions as i go Along.

I am more interested in the build.
Pretty please start a rides thread so that we many follow.

It's the little things that make them run right. Anybody can slap a basic bottom end together. that is the easy bit. It's all the little things that makes these builds a success or not.

:iagree:

Fit fenders and adjust until gap is even throughout the gap. If not mistaken, the gap should be around 4mm
