Golf mk1 1.4i citi.com 2005 model
At first my car started than idles for 2 seconds then died, i took it to a mechanic he told me my computer box was blown. He replaced the box with another 1.4i computer box then the car started and drives but now my car overfuels heavy
Thnx so where can i go to get the right map loaded because i already replaced map+ temp sensor still no luck can you tell me if all 1.4i boxes are the same ?
Maybe try a vcds scan, when entering the engine control unit - it tells u whats loaded on the box either 1.4, 1.6 or a custom chip (unless the person who chipped it did not rename the chip)
