My Polo Cross2011 cannot start

Hi, my polo cross 2011 model can only turn On the Ignition, but not start and i checked with the Electrician and they said its not Starter nor Battery. I can only start with a push

I guess the car doesnt crank..

U rather change ur electrician, because the problem is not the starter or battery he cant figure it out..?

Check the starter relay or ground cables

Possibly the ignition switch?.. Have you jumped the starter in the engine bay rather than using the key. Does the motor crank. I think you need a better mechanic

Thank you so much guys for your advice. I also doubt it is an Ignition because sometimes it Starts after few clicks.

does it go click when you turn the key but no swinging?.
Does the lights dim on the dash.
1) click no swing but no lights dim - starter / solenoid
2) click - no swing but lights dim - battery.
