Tire pressure sign doesn't want to go off on dash polo 6 bro

Post by Yusuf333 »

Hi guys

I have a 2013 polo GTI,and I have a problem with it, my tire pressure monitor sign doesn't want to switch off on the cluster, and the drivers side heated seat just switches off and on

Do you guys have any suggestions or solutions

Thanks
Yusuf

Did you check the tyre pressures at a garage and inflated all tyres to the correct pressure?

Once you have done that go into the tyre monitoring menu on the radio display and check that all 4 wheel tyre pressures are reading correct. Then you reset it on this display.

if pressures are correct (all within 0,1 bar from each other and above the warning pressure value for the ride setting, eg comfort) and does not want to reset or one wheel is reading way out from others, you have a problem and possible tyre pressure failure in that tyre and needs to be replaced.

Make sure tire pressures are correctly filled thereafter press and hold the tpms button in the cubby till you hear a beeping sound.

Never trust the pressure gauges at garages. Get yourself a decent tyre pressure gauge and check pressures yourself at least once a week.
